Return & Refund Policy
Please inspect your order as soon as you recieve it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns, however, if you're unsatified with our product due to one of the complications listed above, please let us know and we will happily arrange your refund or send you a new item free of charge. (This also means if we mistakenly send you the wrong item, you will be gifted that item and sent the correct item free of charge).
Cancellation Policy
If you recently made an order and need to cancel it, please contact us through email or any of our social media platforms and we will cancel your order for you. If your order has already shipped and you still want to cancel the order, you may choose to do so and return the order to us, however you will be resposible for any and all additional shipping costs and the package must remain unopened. Once we recieve your returned order, we will process your refund for you.
Processing & Shipping
All orders will be processed as soon as possible and shipped out within 3-4 business days. Please contact us if you need your order shipped out sooner.
Were working hard to make sure you have the cheapest shipping options possible. The maximum amount we expect our customers will ever have to pay for shipping is $30 CAN. Through Flat Rate shipping we can ship roughly 25 pocket diapers AND inserts for this price. Any orders larger than this will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Safety Compliance
Our products are safe for your baby and have gone through the necessary compliance safety checks. Understand that though it is rare, some children do have allergies to synthetic fibres. Kloth Diaper Kabin is not responsible for any adverse reactions your child may have to our products.
Cloth diapers are for bodily waste containment. They are not toys and should not be played with by children.
